Marcus has more than 25 years of experience in sales in different industries with a variety of leadership roles in the dental industry, he was responsible for the implementation of digitalization, in telecommunication, he was team leader commercial sales and trainer for stores and new employees, in insurance and investments, he was a generalist and employed 13 people and 10 freelance sales representatives and in the energy industry, he was a sales manager and overall sales manager for several groups. He knows the German market well and has good relationships with suppliers and sales representatives. Marcus has a commercial background and strives to optimize processes and procedures. He always tries to think ahead and look at the big picture to achieve the goal and in doing so, achieve success. Marcus demands a lot from those around him, but no more than he demands from himself. Interaction with his fellow human beings is very important to Marcus, as are honesty, reliability and loyalty. He sees himself as an absolute team player who is not afraid to discuss or exchange ideas with his colleagues, to consider all aspects when finding the best solution. Marcus is very decisive but always has time to listen to those around him and offer advice and support.
Marcus gets energy from spending time with his family and friends, and finds cooking relaxing. Family means everything to him.
