Being reliable means honouring agreements and therefore being able to count on each other. In this way you, can take steps together in the right direction and on any level.
How is this related to your work?
My work as compliance manager involves making clear agreements and honouring them and accepting responsibility so we can all rely on each other as colleagues. In addition, I find it important to be open and honest in communication.
