Business Analyst

Rainer is 47 years old. From a young age, he learned what hard work meant in his parents’ bakery. Influenced by this, it was and still is his ambition to always give his best. Stagnation is poison to him and he is always setting himself new goals. In the last 30 years, he has therefore continued to develop and also motivate others to never give up. After studying business administration in Mannheim, he found great enjoyment in his job as a data and business analyst and continued to develop there as well. In his free time, he spends a lot of time with his little daughter, enjoys sports and invites friends over for a barbecue. He is convinced that his daughter keeps him mentally and physically young and is looking forward to accompanying her into the digital age.

Why did you choose Connecthing?
The energy market is undergoing major change and is constantly on the move. A company like ICS must continue to develop in order not to lose touch. That was my motivation to apply for a job at ICS. That way, I can help shape the change and make my contribution as part of the team.

How are you going to make a difference?
I am convinced that with my enthusiasm for my work, I can motivate the team to achieve common goals. It is important to me to convey a good mix of concentration on work and also fun. I see myself as a team player, because only together as WE can you achieve something good.
