Diana is an enthusiastic and ambitious person. After getting a degree in Management, Economics and Law, she gained experience in improvement projects, process optimisation and HR. In her spare time, she likes to do fun things with her family, relatives and friends, and she enjoys sports and travelling.
Why did you choose Connecthing?
For the last few years, I worked for an investment company carrying out HR projects for various clients. The dynamics and variety really appealed to me, but I wanted to focus on HR in one organisation. Connecthing has entered a phase of innovative growth and further professionalisation, which fits well with my ambitions. Together with the positive and energetic team spirit, an open culture and a great team of involved colleagues, this quickly made me enthusiastic about becoming part of this team and organisation.
How are you going to make a difference?
I want to use my experience in optimising HR processes and advising colleagues on personnel issues to further professionalise HR at Connecthing. By establishing and safeguarding a solid foundation, I can make HR policy, procedures and development opportunities transparent for colleagues. I can also facilitate people so they are empowered and motivate colleagues and teams, so creating conditions in which we can function and perform optimally as an organisation.
